Room was not clean-- dirty curtains, dusty decor, spider webs. All the quilts were stained and dusty. Did not furnish breakfast foods as listed on website. We were given only 2 bottles of water and 2 Diet Cokes for 4 people, 3-night stay. On day 2 and 3 we got no drinks whatsoever. And the Diet Cokes had expired a year and a half ago. Orange juice and milk were in a carafe in refrigerator that were poured from jugs the owners had out of their own refrigerator. Butter and jelly were in a Rubbermaid container from their home as well. This is not sanitary and completely unacceptable. There were no "gourmet" coffees and teas. Coffee was in a glass container. There were about 3 tea bags and they were by no means gourmet. There was no trash can except a very tiny one in the bathroom. The electricity went out about 7:30pm on our last night stay and there were no candles. The owner didn't even call to check on us or see about us. When I finally got in touch with her an hour later, she told us to use our cell phones for light (all of our cell phones were dying) and that we should probably just "go to bed". She did bring us a battery operated lantern to use, upon request. Power was out for about 9 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm writing this review to save others from this bad experience.
